These courses are aimed at practitioners and professionals from specific (health) industries who wish to learn more about interpreting genetic results and guide clients using the principles of personalized health care.

You should have a good background knowledge of healthcare practice, science and medicine. For example, medical doctors, dieticians, nutritionists, homeopaths, biokineticists and aesthetic practitioners.

All of the content is provided online and the courses are self-paced. The courses are designed so that you can progress through videos, examples, reading material and self-assessment tests.

Some of our online learning courses have been recorded using audio-visual technologies (PowerPoint-based lectures) and include online quizzes.

Online learning gives you the flexibility needed in these busy times.

You can access the course whenever you want. It is available 24 hours per day. The system recalls where you complete a session, enabling you to log in and continue where you finished last time.

On completion of the course, an online assessment is done to evaluate what you have learned.

There are no fixed start dates. You can start the course/s when you are ready.

However, to receive Continuing Education Units (CEUs) or CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points, a course must be completed by 15 December of the year or the due date indicated next to the name of the course. 

You can start a course as soon as you have made the required payment and your account has been activated (usually within 24 – 48 hours).

You will have access to all materials until 15 December in the year in which the course was purchased. The courses are available 24 hours per day to enable you to progress at your own pace.

It’s up to you. This depends on how many modules and courses you want to do and how much time you have available each week.

Each course has at least one and up to 13 modules. Each module has a duration of 60 minutes assigned to it. Most modules count for one CPD / CEU point, but some have more points assigned. This depends on the course.
